- The Iowa League of Cities is looking for individuals to serve on various committees, including the Legislative Policy Committee (LPC). The LPC serves as the League’s sounding board for policy, the first line of defense against preemption, and our strongest advocacy tool.
- Submit your name to be considered for the various League Committees.

Public Employee Relations Board Recertification List Upload |
- The Iowa Public Employee Relations Board (PERB) has altered administrative rules requiring employers, including cities, to submit recertification lists pursuant to Code of Iowa Chapter 20 via an online portal, whereas they used to email this list.
- Each city has an Authorized Representative with the PERB. That individual will get an email with a username and password to access this new portal.
- If a city does not submit its recertification list, the respective collective bargaining unit will be considered automatically recertified without an election.
