Regarding the Property Tax Bill
|
- First, a letter from the League on the current status of HSB 313 & SSB 1208 and the League's position. The League is currently developing a model to assist cities in their analysis, which should be ready next week.
- To help navigate the details in HSB 313 & SSB 1208, League staff has prepared a slide deck of our preliminary analysis of the bills and potential impacts. This is by no means our final analysis, but a working draft of our current understanding. Bill language is also subject to change.

This change will apply to claims filed on or after January 1, 2026.
